Sunday, February 29th, 2004
This started our show scene for the year off on a high note. Ch Auslander Living Doll ("Kayo") won her first Best In Show at an All Breeds Championship Show under Mr A Goodwin (Victoria). Congratulations Peter - what a shame Jan wasn't there to see!

Friday, March 5th
"Solo", Ch Auslandetr Solitary Man, handled by Dieter, took out BIG at Boorowa under Mrs B Stepkovitch (NSW).

Saturday March 20th
"Cash", Ch Auslander Man in Black took out RUBIG and "Kayo", Ch Auslander Living Doll was awarded Best Australian Bred In Show by Mrs V Morrow (NSW)

Sunday March 21st
Pat Bullivant showed "Cleo", Auslander Red Alert, and won the Bitch Challenge to give her her very first Challenge points and then she was awarded Junior In Group by Mrs E Davies (NSW)

 

 

 

 

Wednesday, April 21st
"Neera", Ch Auslander Ultra Violet, whelped five puppies sired by Ch Auslander Mood Indigo in the early hours of the morning - finishing at 2.30am. The litter comprised two Black & Tan, three Red & Rust puppies, two females, three males. Auslander Vangelis is pictured below at one day over eight weeks of age.

Friday, April 23rd
""QTs" turn. Ch Auslander Chantilly Lace whelped nine puppies, commencing at 5.25pm - a much more reasonable hour! Five bitches and four males, all Black & Tan, sired by Ch Alldobe Grand Illusion. Auslander Machiavelli pictured below.

 

And his sister, Auslander Scheherazade at one day under eight weeks of age. This was the very first time any of the puppies had been stacked - although they have naturally had tons of cuddles!

My deepest thanks to Michelle and Sharon for allowing me to use their stunning male, "Nevar", whom I personally have awarded two BIGs and was thrilled at the second to see him go on to RUBIS.

During the day at Gunnedah, Ch Auslander Solitary Man, "Solo", was awarded BIG and then Intermedaite in Show by Mrs I Glynn (South Aus).

 

 

Saturday May 1st
Mr J Hayward awarded "Kayo" BOB over a large dobermann entry from Melbourne and then RUBIG at the Corowa & District Kennel Club show in Albury

Saturday & Sunday, 15th & 16th May
Ashley & "Cash", Ch Auslander Man in Black, seem to have found their groove winning BIG both days at Temora & District All Breed Kennel Club Shows under South Australian judges Mr D Johnson (who also awarded "Cash" Best Intermediate In Show) and Mr C Dickens.

Sunday June 20th
Dieter took "Solo" to the Leeton Griffith Championship Show and went through to General Specials, winning the Australian Bred Class In Show under Mr K Cronchey (Vic)

Saturday & Sunday, 26th & 27th June
Ch Auslander Living Doll took out BIG both days at the RNSWCC Southern Region shows under Tasmanian judges. On Sunday, Auslander Rough N Reddy, owned by Pat Bullivant, also won Intermediate In Group. Congratulations Peter & Pat.

 

Saturday & Sunday, August 21st & 22nd
The first outings for some of the babies. On Saturday under Mr I Hinde (Vic) , the boy, AuslanderThe Archangel, won Baby Puppy In Group. On the Sunday, under Mrs D Fenton (NSW), the bitch, Auslander Qunitessence beat him and also went on to win Class In Group.

Saturday & Sunday, September 4th & 5th.
Auslander Quintessence took the honours both days and won the Baby Puppy Class in Group under Mrs N Bieberitz (Vic) and Mrs L Harwoood (Vic).

Saturday, September 18th
A red letter day for us at Ardlethan. Handled by Peter Williams, our young boy, "Damien", Auslander the Archangel, hit the big time, winning Best Baby Puppy In Show under Mrs P Davis (NSW). Congratulations to Peter and "Damien."

Saturday, October 9th
A wondeful win for "Kayo" who was awarded Best Of Breed over an entry of 34 dobermanns at the Murray Valley Kennel Clubs Breed feature, by international Breed Specialist judge Mr Joey Mancilla (Philippines). Joey later also awarded her Runner Up In Group. He said her movement was simply outstanding and far outweighed any other faults she may, or may not, have.

Saturday October 16th
I did the Working Dog Group Practical exam at the NSW Canine Complex at Erskine Park to-day along with thirteen other candidates. Subsequently found out that I passed, what a relief, so am now qualified to judge two Groups at Champiopnship Shows - Utility & Working.

Saturday October 30th & Sunday October 31st, 2004
At the Albury Show Society and Albury Kennel Clubs double weekend, "Kayo", Ch Auslander Living Doll, took out the hat trick, winning BEST IN SHOW both days - on Saturday under Mrs Val Morrow (NSW) and then onSunday under Mr Derek Hyde (ACT). Well done Peter & "Kayo".

 

Saturday November 6th. 2004
A great day all round. Peter took "Kayo" to Orange where she was awarded Runner Up to Best In Show by Mr Alan Goodwin (Victoria). The win gave her her first RUBIS and she now also has THREE Best In Show wins to her Credit. Best In Show went to the stunning Afghan male Peter titled and handled until he went to the USA - Aust & Am Ch Aviva T All Black, owned and bred by Roz Bacich.
At Holbrook, Jann handled "Damien" to win his second Challenge, Best of Breed, his Class in Group and then Best Minor Puppy In Show under Mr M Gunter (NSW)

Sunday November 21st.
Just seven months old to-day, "Damien", Auslander The Archangel, was awarded Minor Puppy of Breed by international breed specialist Mr Sergio Pizzorno (Uruguay) at the RNSWCC Spring Fair in Sydney.

"Damien" won his Class in Group under Mrs Judith Hunt (Canada) and finally, the highlight of the whole weekend, was awarded Best Minor Puppy in Show by Sergio Pizzorno - the only dobermann to go through In Show over the whole weekend. just seven months old on the day. Congratulations to Jann Williams who handled him throughout.
