Judged Working Dogs and Group at Wolumla on the New South Wales South
Coast, which qualified me for elevation to ANKC Status for the Group.
Sunday, February
26th
Our first show for 2006. Nothing momentous. Damnien went BOB and Jan Kirin
gave "Isabeau" her first Championship points when she awarded
her Challenge Bitch over "Kayo".
Wednesday, March
1st
""Damien"
had his first stud to an Ebondobe bitch bred by Ern Appleby and owned
by Gary McDonald.
Saturday, March
4th
"Kayo"
was awarded BIG by Mrs D Hyde (ACT) and then her first major win for the
year - Runner Up to Best In Show under
Mr D Hyde (ACT) at Tumut Show Society.

Friday March 24th
"Damien"
was awarded BOB and RUBIG by Miss B Daines (NSW) at Ovens Valley All Breeds
Chanpionship Show.
Saturday March
25th
"Kayo" took out BIG at the Tumbarumba PA & H Societry's
All Breeds Championship show under Mrs C Rafton (NSW)
Easter Weekend
We spent this in the ACT at the Canberra All Breeds Shows where "Kayo"
again took out BIG on the Saturday under Mrs D Fenton (NSW)
Friday April 21st
"Kayo" was awarded BOB and then Runner Up to BIG by dobermann
Specialist, Mrs N Gregory of Trevasco Kennels in Queensland.
Saturday April
22nd
This time it was "Damien's" turn, and another dobermann specialist
and All Breeds judges, Mrs E Benson (NSW) gave him Best of Breed and Intermedaite
In Group.

Sunday
April 23rd
Mrs R Williams (NZ) awarded BOB to "Kayo" and then put her
through to Best In Group.
Sunday April 30th
"Scheherazade" was mated to Lynnes boy, Grand Ch Cabochon
Ecky Thump. She will go over to Western Australia to our partner there
for whelping so the tails can be docked. Puppies due July 2nd.
Thursday
May 4th
The litter sired by "Damien" was whelped to-day by caesearan
section. Unfortunately the bitch had uterine inertia - three bitches,
two males - all black and tan.
Saturday
May 6th
"Kayo" attained her Grand Championship
title at the Corowa & District Kennel Club show with
Best of Breed and RUBIG under Mrs Y Sydenham-Clarke (Vic). She is the
third Auslander dobermann to reach this milestone. Like the others she
has done it in style, becoming a multi BIS winner in the process.

Friday 12th to
Sunday 14th May
Another two Runner Up to BIG wins for "Kayo" under judges
Mr K Perceval (NSW) and Mr J Forbes (NSW),
and a Challenge win for "Van" giving him 63 Championship points.
Saturday May 20th
"Kayo" was awarded her FOURTH Best
In Show at the Temora Kennel clubAll Breeds Champ show by Mrs
M Davis (Qld) who judged both the Utility & Working Dog Groups. It
was a very good win, as Best in the Working Dog Group and RUBIS to her
went to the top winning Puli from Melbourne, Ch Bokar Geez Louise, owned
and exhibited by Sue Huebner. "Van" won the dog Challenge on
Sunday 21st to take him to 71 points.
Saturday June 3rd
"Van" won another Dog Challenge under Mrs E Cross (NSW). He
is now on 80 points.
Sunday June 4th
"Kayo" was
awarded BOB by Mr P Cross to give her a total of 1113 points but went
no further in Group. "Van" took out Intermediate in Group.

.Queens
Birthday weekend, Saturday 10th - Monday June 12th
A pretty disastrous day on Friday but made up for on the next two days
- a bit like the weather! "Kayo" did get the Bitch Challenge
but was beaten by "Damien" for RUBOB. On Saturday, under Mrs
R Tassie (SA), she won BIG and went on to win her FIFTH
Best In Show at the Parkes & District Kennel Club
Annie Howard Memorial Show. On Monday under Mr F McEvoy (SA) she again
won Best In Group and was awarded her SIXTH BIS
by Mr G Nolan, also from South Australia.

Sunday August 5th & 6th
A real red letter day for Damien - his very FIRST
Best In Show All Breeds win. He was awarded Best Of Breed and
Best In Group by Dobermann specialist, Mrs E Benson (NSW) and then Best
Exhibit In Show by Mrs H Furber (NSW). On Sunday, he took out BOB again,
won the Group and then was awarded his first RUNNER
UP to Best In Show by Mrs C Kingston (NSW)
Sunday August 13th
"Kayo" was awarded Bitch Challenge and Best Of Breed by Mrs
D Cornelssen (Canada) at the Murray Valley Kennel Club International,
but went no further in Group. "Damien" was awarded Class In
Group and went on to win the Best Australian Bred Class In Show inder
Mr T Miyagawa (Japan).

August 16th
"Kayo" was awarded her SEVENTH
Best In Show by Mrs D Fenton (NSW).
Saturday August 19th
Another red letter day for "Damien" -
his second RUNNER UP to Best In Show All Breeds win.
Awarded Best of Breed over "Kayo", he went on to take out the
Group and then BIS under Mr K Hodge
(NSW). However "Kayo" also went Runner Up in Group to him, so
she was not outdone by much at all.

August 20th
"Kayo"
took out another Best Exhibit In Group under Mr J Sheppard (NSW). The
photo of "Damien" & Peter was taken at the completion ogf
judgingh - just one day short of twenty eight months of age.
Saturday
& Sunday Septenber 2nd & 3rd
Jann & Peter took some of our dobermanns to Sydney for the Pedigree
Dalwood International weekend. "Damien" excelled himself, winning
Best of Breed onSaturday under Mr D Thompson (USA) over an entry of 28,
and the Dog Challenge on Sunday under Mr M Tashimo (Japan). However, "Kayo"
then put him firmly back in his olace, winning the Bitch Challenge and
beating him for Best of Breed over a slightly bigger entry.
